• Perform sourcing, screening, and identifying candidates through various sources
• Conduct in-person/video interviews to evaluate candidates and identify candidates' strengths, technical capacities, soft skills and career aspiration 
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing, to interview preparation and offer management
• Provide market insight, knowledge and updates to candidates and build long-term relationships

• Bachelor's Degree holder of any discipline
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience for Consultant positions. Fresh Graduate will be considered as Associate Consultants
• Client-facing/Sales related experience is preferred
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese is a must
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and able to work in a sales-driven working environment
• Outgoing, enjoy teamwork and can have fun together
