Job Description
We are now inviting high caliber candidates to become our team member as Human Resources Assistant. Come and join us on the journey towards a challenging and successful future.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in various areas of human resources, including payroll & MPF, leave & attendance as well as administration of compensation & benefits.
- Maintain personnel databases and filing records.
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
- Diploma holder with 1-2 years related working experience, candidate with HR or Admin. working experience is an advantage.
- Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must.
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
