Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report and provide secretarial support to a local Management
- Manage meeting schedules and appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations materials, meeting agenda & minutes
- Liaise with internal business units, clients and business partners
- Handle incoming emails, inquiries and phone calls
- Assist in handling travel itineraries and accommodation arrangements
- Handle ad hoc duties from superior
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry is preferred
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Familiar with MS Office Applications
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multi tasking
- Immediate available is an advantage
