Responsibilities

• Work alongside senior management to help drive the company’s top strategic priorities, such as business development discussions, transformation projects and generation of new growth
• Conduct market research and analysis on various topics of strategic interests, and synthesize findings for presentation
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance and develop business case for new opportunities assessment
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to implement new technologies, process improvement and other optimization initiatives
• Prepare presentation materials for discussions with management and the Board

 Requirements

• University or above, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, management consulting, “Big 4” accounting firms or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and “can-do” attitude
• High proficiency in Microsoft applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and Chinese
