Job Description
- Handle full set of Accounts and periodic financial reporting (including month-end closing and monthly financial reports preparation);
- Liaison with auditors and banks for overall finance & accounting operations, including daily accounting work, internal control, monthly & yearly budgeting, tax, and statutory filing requirements;
- Prepare the accounting functions of the Group’s subsidiaries;
- Assist financial costing and variance analysis and provide advice to management;
- Support in reviewing and implementing financial policies and procedures with Shanghai Head Quarter;
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and invoicing;
- Review internal controls and improve the overall efficiency of finance functions;
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
- At least 1-3 years of Finance and relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proactive, responsible and detail-minded, and effective at multitasking
- Good command of written and spoken in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Immediate availability is a definite advantage
- Relevant work experience in e-commerce is an advantage
