Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide experienced financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to the region on reporting, annual business plan, variance analysis and relevant analysis to compare the results in all relevant areas
- Drive process improvements and other finance initiatives by collaborating with global, regional and local finance teams as well as internal stakeholders to optimize the quality and efficiency of accounting functions, and support the global initiatives in projects
- Drive automation and take an active approach to finance transformation, pushing the team to lead the way when it comes to use new techniques and tools to work smarter and continually re-evaluate the business
- Perform monthly business reviews and reporting, provide insight analytics and potential areas of opportunity for the leadership teams
- Leverage data visualization techniques and communication skills to present complex analytical findings in clear and concise terms that facilitate acceptance and execution by business partners and senior executives
- Manage accurate information and data in the financial systems
- Participant in ad-hoc projects as and when required
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or related functions
- Qualified accountant from professional accounting institutions is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI. With knowledge of other advanced digital tools will be advantage
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking
- Flexible with good interpersonal and communication skills to engage with people at all levels
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
