Accountabilities and Activities

• Provide daily application support and trouble shooting of various systems
• First-level analysis of application system problems
• Liaise with internal users and vendors for various projects activities
• Assist in different IT projects and daily application systems administration
• Perform user requirements studying and documentation
• System application development
• Conduct user acceptance testing and trainings
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of systems



To be the qualified candidate, you should have

• Undergraduate degree in computer science/engineering or IT related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in a IT system and support / software development role
• Experience in the VB6, Crystal Report, VBA, MS SQL, ORACLE DB
• Experience in the CRM, DMS
• Experience in the C#, ASP.NET, MVC 
• Experience in the MS Windows 2000-2012, Linux (RHEL, SUSE), Solaris is an advantage
• Solid skills in Database installation and maintenance, tuning and capacity planning
• Good concept on database design and programming
• Good technical knowledge and application experience across multiple IT platforms, development environments and applications.
• Good problem solving skill and quick learner
• Organized, responsible and self-motivated
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese.
