• Report to the Head of Insurance; responsible for the business performance of Insurance Products according to the bank’s strategic objectives and annual Key Performance Indicators
• Drive the regulatory licensing process and fulfil the regulatory standards
• Initiate product ideas and formulate growth strategies through effective market research, periodic review of market trend and customer survey
• Perform product management duties such as product due diligence and ongoing monitoring
• Prepare and update policy and procedure to ensure the business is conducted in line with the latest regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver product launch projects; continuously review and manage the digital user experience to ensure customer journey is delightful
• Monitor business performance and perform in-depth analysis to evaluate business performance, initiate ideas and solutions for continuous improvement & meeting business strategy and goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into business requirements for building the IT and operational infrastructure; perform UAT of the relevant projects

• Bachelor degree or above
• IIQE qualifications for Long Term Insurance and General Insurance Businesses
• Minimum 8 years of product management in banking, preferably digital banking, life Insurance & General Insurance, eCommerce or consumer apps 
• Sound knowledge of digital Insurance products, process and operations
• Good understanding of the Insurance regulatory framework and best practices
• Strong problem solving, analytic skills and with strong self motivation to drive projects from ideation to implementation
• Good understanding and experience of Human Centric Design and Agile project methodology and practices are preferred
• Strong communications skills in writing and effective interpersonal skills in collaboration with stakeholders
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
