Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting function including accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliation of payable invoices with partners
• Arrange invoice for collection
• Follow up with partners if any discrepancy occurred
• Review partners' suspense accounts on quarterly basis
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecast on regular basis
• Assist in internal audit and ISOX
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Accounting / Business Studies / Economics or related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ accounting experience, with shipping / logistic industry exposure would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of English
• A good team player
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
