Responsibilities

• Responsible for all rounded AP function including liaison with vendors and/or relevant departments regarding payment and expense claim
• Conduct payment process and prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepare accounting vouchers and data input in the FLEX system
• Post the journal vouchers into the general ledger and keep proper records
• Prepare financial and management reports (including month-end closing and year-end auditing) and related schedules
• Assist to combine FLEX formula (FION) with management reports (Excel)
• Handle any finance-related tasks to be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

• Associate Degree in Accounting with LCCI Higher/AAT or above. Student member of professional qualification preferable
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in full set of accounting or all-rounded AP function
• Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and hardworking
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Good team player with a pleasant personality and positive attitude
• Attention to detail with excellent data-entry skills
• Eager to learn new things and new skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly with Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Good knowledge of various accounting software, e.g. FLEX Accounting and FION, SUN, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP experience is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
