The Assistant Accounting Officer in Toby will be responsible for daily accounting operations.  You will be given regional exposure as our business grows in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily accounting operation, including voucher and data entry
• Process and record AR, AP and expense reimbursement transactions
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments

Requirements

• Diploma or LCC intermediate or above
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience, with experience in E-commerce Company is an advantage
• Good team player with high degree of responsibility and sense of cooperation
• Experience in Xero accounting system is an advantage  
• High proficiency in Excel
• Good command of English and Mandarin 
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh Graduates are also welcomed
