Job Description

Your role:
The successful candidate will participate in a professional team of a giant group of companies to develop their expertise in the specialist area of Customer Accounts and Payments under our Group Finance Department. S/He will:
  • Monitor billing profiles for accurate, timely & efficient billing with proper compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations
  • Monitor customer’s payment behaviour and look for improvements in company procedures
  • Work with internal parties to clarify and resolve any dispute / discrepancy identified and is encouraged to recommend alternatives to supervisors on improving the existing systems and procedures
  • Prepare operation statistics and reports for management review and perform other ad-hoc assignments as required
To succeed in this role:
  • Holder of higher diploma / degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or other related discipline with 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Self-motivated, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. 
  • Committed team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Fast learners with less working experience (or fresh graduate) may also be considered. Higher caliber candidate may be considered as Billing Officer
