 The Job:  

• Generate data to prepare business and management reports
• Evaluate sales & service performance, plan and implement commission / bonus scheme
• Performance tracking, commission / bonus payment administration & evaluation
• Coordinate with various internal parties, to improve operation efficiency
• To support any ad-hoc projects or assignments in accordance with business needs

 The Person:  

• Diploma or above with 1 year working experience (Fresh Graduate to be considered)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office eg. Excel, Powerpoint
• Sound of knowledge in Access, SQL Server or Tableau is preferable
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and self-motivated
