Job Description:

• Support office supplies procurement and fixed assets management. e.g. international call services, mobile plan and protection equipment etc.
• Arrange Agency Discount Ticket booking
• Organize and coordinate company functions and staff activities. e.g. Annual Dinner, Anniversary Ceremony, Mooncake & Fruit Basket and Calendar to customer.
• Handle vehicles licence renewal and maintenance
• Handling telephone calls and greeting guests in a professional manner as required
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirement:

• Matriculation or above
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Flexible, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible and able to take on multi-tasks
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Immediately available preferred
