Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all rounded HR duties;
• Assist in the administering recruitment process, such as post job advertisement, contact and coordinate with candidates for job interview;
• To prepare working time and overtime sheet for all staff and leave management;
  
• To follow up staff on-board and staff departure, such as access card, induction briefing to new staff ;
• Provide daily office administrative support;
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Certificate or equivalent in Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 2-4 years of work experience in office administration
• Good commend of both spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and typing skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Salary / Allowance:

• Competitive remuneration package consist of 12 days Annual Leave, 5.5 days per week (long/short week Saturday), travel allowance and group medical / life insurance, year end payment and etc.
