Responsibilities:

1. Provide full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation and benefit, staff training and employee relations
2. Manage employee on-boarding, engagement and off-boarding procedures
3. Assist annual compensation process including staff’s appraisal, salary review, budgeting, incentive/commission schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program
4. Review and update all HR and Administration data, procedures and policies to comply with legal requirements
5. Support department head in formulating and executing HR initiatives/ projects
6. Manage office administration duties, including office cleaning, decoration & equipment maintenance, insurance & security, and etc.
7. Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

1. Tertiary education or above in HRM or business relevant disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years practical and hand-on experience in human resources & administration duties in sizable firms
3. Well-versed with Employment Ordinances and other relevant ordinances
4. Good negotiation and presentation skills
5. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
6. Immediate available is highly preferred
