Responsibilities

• Perform general office administrative and clerical supports
• Assist in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers or contractors on office supplies and maintenance
• Prepare staff attendance and leave records
• Assist in ah-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE or above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in office administration
• Proficiency in PC applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
