Responsibilities:

• Support full range of general HR & administrative function of HK & China Office
• Provide secretarial support to Department Head
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by Department Head

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• No less than 2 years’ HR & administration related experience
• Knowledge of employment ordinance in HK & PRC an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese, spoken Putonghua
• Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
• Well-organized, a team player & detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task
• More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Officer or Officer
• Fresh university graduates will also be considered
