Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support full range of general HR & administrative function of HK & China Office
- Provide secretarial support to Department Head
- Assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by Department Head
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- No less than 2 years’ HR & administration related experience
- Knowledge of employment ordinance in HK & PRC an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese, spoken Putonghua
- Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Well-organized, a team player & detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Officer or Officer
- Fresh university graduates will also be considered
