• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Accountancy or Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
• With 3-5 years’ solid experience in HRIS/payroll, benefit administration in sizeable organizations, preferably in retail industry
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, Tax regulation, C&B and MPF Scheme Ordinance
• Hands on experience in using Payroll and HR systems
• Able to handle large volume headcounts (Over 1000 headcounts)
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
• Self-motivated, fast-learner, proactive and strong time management skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight schedule & pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent skill using Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Payroll Executive.
