What You Will Achieve

• Act as a business partner to provide full spectrum of human resources services including but not limited to workforce planning, recruitment and selection and talent management
• Handle payroll & benefits related administration in compliance with Labour Ordinance
• Work closely with direct supervisor and support for the employment cycle management
• Review company policies and procedures to comply with local employment related ordinances from time to time
• Liaise with service providers for annual review on group medical / life insurance policies
• Strengthen employee relations by organizing different staff activities, such as annual dinner, birthday party, CSR events, staff wellness programs to support HK staff
• Preform ad-hoc assignments as and when required

What You Will Need

• Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or Business related discipline
• At least 4 years solid HR experience
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
• Able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
• Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediately available preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager
