Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- To liaise with line manager in identifying hiring needs, budget and criteria
- To be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process as assigned
- To review and implement HR policies and procedures
- To prepare regular reports and ad hoc reports for management
- To support the implementation of new HRIS
- To handle ad hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business-related majors
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in all-rounded HR functions in sizable organisations
- Candidates with previous work experience in listed companies will have an advantage
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations
- A self-starter with high sense of responsibility and integrity
- Being able to work independently with a mature and professional manner
- Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
