Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for a registered charity organization
• Provide support to Council & Committee Meetings, e.g., communicate amongst Council & Committee members, prepare meeting agenda and minutes and ensure the progress of follow-up actions
• Organize, coordinate and manage charity events, activities and projects
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to keep the operation smooth
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Corporate Administration or related discipline
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with caution and integrity
• Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• No criminal record and Police Superintendent’s Discretion
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays subject to charity activities schedule
• Working Locations: Kowloon Bay and Causeway Bay
