Responsibilities 

• Handle spare parts purchase, planning and major procurement projects independently 
• Daily spare parts ordering/ delivery management to Service Centers
• A/R management to Service Centers
• Parts warehouse operation with logistics
• Prepare reports for management review
• Handle any ad-hoc task as requested by management

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain or equivalent
• 2 years’ working experience in procurement aspect
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills 
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in speaking English, Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
