Job Description

THE GIG

This incumbent will play a key role in delivering amazing employee life cycle experiences in the areas of on boarding, off boarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and work on various projects & programs to help us enhance employee experiences in the Hong Kong office.

  • Responsible for full employee lifecycle such as onboarding; staff movement and exits transaction processing for both corporate and retail staff
  • Supervise routine HR operations including monthly retail and office staff payrolls and pension scheme, benefits administration, leave management, tax filing, employee’s enquiry
  • Manage annual C&B campaigns for Hong Kong (e.g. annual pay review, salary benchmarking, benefits review and incentive review) in terms of data preparation, campaign process management and post campaign analysis
  • Participate in budgeting process to deliver accurate HR cost budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage third party vendors (insurance broker, payroll vendor, system vendor, etc.) on their performance and capability to improve efficiency and quality of service
  • Review and evaluate HR policies and procedures regularly to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with labour legislation
  • Implement and maintain e-leave system and act as the first point of contact for any enquiry from employees
  • Work closely with global counterparts on HRIS rollout and integration
  • Responsible for the delivery of periodic HR report and any reporting request made by Regional/ Global HR counterparts for analysis
  • Support any ad-hoc activities assigned by manager

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

  • Track record in all-rounded HR function, experienced in C&B, payroll and HRIS will be a plus, ideally gained from sizable retail organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR rules, regulations, and benefits schemes in Hong Kong
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Organised, attention to details, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible and team player, desired to be part of a collaborative and productive team
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and good data analytical and reporting skills
