Job Description

As an administrator for the HKSO you will be accountable for the mail room including the flow of samples in and out of the office, invoices,  AWB's, maintaining storage facilities and sample sales. You will also be expected to carry out ad hoc duties as they arise.

Main role responsibilities

  • Flow of samples in and out of the office within agreed time frames
  • Support of sample sales to ensure office is clutter free
  • Tidy storage areas for maximum safety
  • Housekeeping of storage facilities and ensuring relevant teams needs to tidy up and organise their storage areas
  • Distribution, unpacking and packing of samples
  • Prepare invoices for international parcels
  • Set up air waybill
  • Sample sale cadence and management
  • Management of storage facilities
  • Maintaining of sample sending records
Skills and Experience

Essential
  • Secondary school education
  • Fluent in Cantonese and basic English
  • Basic computer knowledge 
  • Relevant experience in managing samples
