Job Description

About the Role:

  • Implement effective business strategies for training programme development and events for industry players and to cater for market needs
  • Explore and collaborate with different stakeholders, external providers, trainers and subject experts to strengthen and expand resources for the Institute
  • Stay on top of current market dynamics and be aware of competitors’ products and marketing campaigns. Analyse competitive landscape including pricing, product positioning, communications etc. to support go-to-market approach and support new product / service development for accelerating business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Assist in overseeing and supporting operation in programme management and administration including enrollment, payment, sign-in/out and post-course evaluation, etc.
  • Implement promotional activities, and prepare online and offline marketing collaterals to maximise the marketing efficiency
  • Conduct research and analysis of training needs and programme effectiveness, and compile management reports
  • Prepare the council meetings materials and minutes for various Committees
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by the council, subcommittees, and supervisors

 About You:

  • A Degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in learning and development, customer servicing, business administration, event management or marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in dealing with all levels of people
  • Independent to work under pressure, detail minded with strong problem solving, organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Mature, responsible and self-motivated team player
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital platforms and tools e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Canva, Wix
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
  • Immediately available is highly preferred

Work location: Ngau Tau Kok (3-minute walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR station, exit A)
