- Mainly be responsible for Hong Kong final payment & Overseas payroll administration, including monthly payroll, ad hoc payments, fund request, taxation and annual activities
- Liaise with overseas payroll vendors per agreed calendar
- Ensure gross to net calculations, local payments, system data and payroll journals are accurately completed on time and efficiently, in line with company policies and local regulations
- Liaise with Business unit HR and vendors to handle employee’s enquiry
Requirement:
- Diploma holder or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on payroll administration
- Experience in overseas payroll administration or familiar with overseas employment ordinance is an advantage
- Has a learning mindset, strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Good command in English and Cantonese is must
- Experienced in HRIS is an advantage
