Job Description
Our client, Japanese Electronics Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as HR & Admin Assistant – Japanese Speaking
Job Descriptions:
- Assist and support the manager for full spectrum of HR functions
- Provide a day to day HR support such as attendance and leave record, update employees data, staff personnel file, filing and data entry etc
- Provide general administrivia support
- Assist in translation or interpretation if necessary
- Collaborate and work closely with Japan HQ
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- High Diploma above in Business Administration or related discipline
- 1-2 years experience in HR & Admin
- Fresh graduate is Welcome
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese (N2)
- Well organized, presentable with good communication skills
- Proficient in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
