Culture and organizational learning
Our culture and organizational development engagements help our clients build and evolve their talent and capabilities strategy, design and execute learning solutions, develop and deploy learning assets (digital and non-digital), elevate the employee experience, and embed analytics. We are looking for professionals who can develop and deploy our culture and learning service offerings and support clients to attract, develop and inspire their people to future-proof their skills and careers. 
Skills and experiences we look for include:
  • Experience in architecting learning solutions, including analysis, design, content development and “train the trainer”, to ensure measurable outcomes within large, complex organizations
  • Ability to translate and operationalize learning strategy
  • Experience in designing and delivering culture, talent and leadership development services, e.g., scalable people capability assessment and building, organization-wide upskilling and reskilling, learning innovation and transformation, and culture and leadership services
  • Experience in complex workforce analytics, workforce planning, or organizational design programs
Your key responsibilities as Manager:

  • Design and create innovative solutions to fit client needs
  • Identify new opportunities and lead proposal development
  • Coach and provide feedback to enable team members to maximize team performance

  • Keep abreast of business trends and industry advancements
  • Embrace ambiguity and challenges and learn through new experiences
To qualify for this role, you must have:
  • In-depth experience in at least one of the following areas: people strategy, workforce planning and analytics, organization design, HR transformation, transactions and restructuring, talent management, learning, reward and change management
  • Degree holder in relevant discipline
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience working in a professional services firm, global consultancy, niche consultancy or an in-house role with exposure to large-scale programs of work
  • Strong project management capabilities as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of English. Cantonese and Mandarin skills are a strong plus
 Ideally, you’ll also have:
  • Experience in working across various industries including but not limited to financial services
