Job Description
Duties:The appointee will be responsible for the development, implementation, support and maintenance of IT application systems.He/She will assist in leadingIT professionals, vendors/contractors and working closely with various stakeholders for the delivery of IT solutions and application services supporting various business operations.
Requirements:
(a) A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines;
(b) 6 years’ post-qualification experience in IT application services, preferable in large-scale application development and implementation projects;
(c) Hands-on experience in SQL programming, Java EE and App development frameworks;
(d) Experience in corporate applications implementation and support, e.g. Accounting, HRIS,
etc.;
(e) Profession knowledge in the areas of ISO9000, ISO20000, ISO27001, PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM, Cloud technologies and DevOps skills would be an advantage;
(f) Experience in vendor management;
(g) Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication and interpersonal skills;
(h) Team player and fast learner with self-motivated attitude; and
(i) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Employment Terms:The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract with contract-end-gratuity, MPF benefits, medical and dental care.Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
