Job Description

Job Description:
- Act as a bridge between our clients and candidates, providing high level of customer service and matching high quality candidates to our clients
- Source new candidates by using a variety of methods including job boards, headhunting, referrals and networking
- New clients acquisition through different channels
- Conduct face to face interviews with candidates and telephone based interviews
- Provide advisory and market update to candidates and clients
- Conduct specific headhunt assignments based on a particular job / ad hoc projects
Job Requirement:
- Tertiary education or above in any disciplines
- Working experience in Human Resources, Sales, Recruitment or Banking are preferred
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
- Highly motivated with positive mindset
- More experience will be considered as Senior Position
