Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling full set of accounts.
- Assist in month end closing and prepare financial & management reports.
- Prepare journal vouchers and be responsible for data input into accounting system and filing on a timely manner.
- Deal with auditors to complete issuance of annual audited accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, cheques, petty cash payments and receipts.
- Prepare cash flow forecast.
- Responsible for fixed asset registration and tax filing.
- Liaise and provide support to PRC offices.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments.
- Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
- 3-5 years relevant accounting experience, preferably gained from sizeable organization with international business transactions. Accredited professional accounting qualification (e.g. HKICPA/ACCA) is a plus.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (preferably with fluent Mandarin).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point. Hands on experience in FLEX software is a plus.
- Responsible, self-motivated with good initiative; communicates well with people at all levels and different nationality tactfully and effectively.
- Able to perform multi-tasks and work under pressure.
