Job Responsibilities:

•  Handle full set of accounts and responsible for all accounting functions
•  Prepare financial and management reports
•  P&L analysis by project category
•  Prepare routine payment and bank transactions
•  Assist in month-end closing process
•  Assist in cost calculation, and ensure the completeness and accuracy
•  Review and identify costs improvement opportunities
•  Responsible for cashflow management

Requirements:

•  University degree holder or tertiary education, preferably accounting or finance
•  5 – 8 years of financial planning & analysis and engineering costing experience is a plus
•  Experience in Engineering / Construction Industry is preferred
•  Strong interpersonal & communication skills
•  Strong analytical skills & research skills
•  Detail oriented, self-motivated & drive for excellency
