RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for AR and AP, major in AR
• Handle daily accounting operation independently and monitor cashflow
• Liaise with various departments in day-to-day operations
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounts statements and schedules
• Assist in annual audit
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in full set of accounting books and treasury function, in trading or import and export industry is preferable
• High proficiency in MS Office, strong in MS EXCEL
• Knowledge and experience with ERP workflow are MUST, SAP Business One would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical mind and problem-solving skills, team player, good communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
