Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to Chief Accountant in providing comprehensive accounting services and support at HQ level
- Prepare properties’ management accounts, annual budget and regular forecasts, and relevant regular management reports
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
- Qualified accountant with 5-8 years’ relevant experience gained from property management industry
- Sound accounting and taxation knowledge
- Capable of handling full set of financial books and management reports independently
- Can work under tight deadlines and pressure
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong in excel - macro and pivot table, Flex accounting system and knowledge in Yardi billing and general ledger systems will be an advantage
- High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
