• Report to the Chief Financial Officer;
• Leads a team of qualified finance staff;
• Be responsible for the accounting and financial operations, including, treasury, taxation, AP, GL for overseas subsidiary, group reporting and consolidation;
• Ensures timely month-end closing and preparation of consolidated and company level accounts;
• Manages and monitors cash flow, including cash planning, expense monitoring and approval of reimbursements;
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and accounting standards;
• Liaises with external parties such as auditors and government for auditing and taxation issues;
• Implements and improves financial systems, internal controls, workflow / processes;
• Other ad hoc projects assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree holder;
• Accounting qualification of ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent;
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sizable CPA firms, big-4 preferable plus 5 years of relevant experience in commercial fields in leading a team;
• Regional controllership experiences preferably covering China, Australia, and Singapore, with UK experience a plus;
• Good command on ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Sun system and Pentagon). Experience in in system implementation a plus;
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation and financial reporting;
• Solid knowledge in IFRS, accounting standards and statutory requirements;
• Proactive to communicate with cross functional teams and interacts successfully with non-financial personnel as well as with internal and external auditors;
• Self-starter, hands-on leader, take ownership, a team player and roll-up your sleeves attitude;
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and deal with ambiguity, Excellent problem-solving skills, presentation skills and analytical mind;
• Good command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.);
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
