Highlights

-       Full Set Accounting & Administrative duties

Responsibilities

-        Handle full sets of accounts and books

-        Data entry into accounting software

-        Manage month-end closing

-        Prepare bank reconciliations

-        Assist stock-take and specific internal audits for external auditors

-        Liaise with external auditors

-        Handle office administrative issue

-        Prepare vendor’s payment arrangement, petty cash counts and journals

-        Handle payroll calculation, MPF, and tax returns

-        Assist in tracking account receivables and related tasks

-        Assist and communicate with vendor or shop if errors occur

Qualifications:

-       Diploma in accounting or over

-       Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, previous F&B is an advantage

-       Proficiency in Excel, knowledge on accounting software is an advantage

-       Responsible, ability to work independently and efficiently

-       Well organized, good team player, able to communicate with others

-       Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English

-       Immediate available is preferred
