Responsibilities:

•          Manage daily accounting records
•          Prepare schedules and financial analysis
•          Formulate and improve accounting and costing procedures
•          Monitor customers’ accounts balances and perform collection of unsettled bill payments
•          Provide Administrative supports when required
•          Set up and maintain filing and database systems
•          Assist in business projects and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

•          Degree holder in Accounting
•          Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is an advantage
•          Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
•          Proficient in both written and spoken English
•          Good interpersonal skill and strong sense of responsibility
•          Attentive to details, self-initiative, fully independent and able to work under pressure
•         Systematic, active, organized, careful and hardworking
