Responsibilities: 

•          Handle and maintain full set accounts of the group subsidiaries independently.
•          Assist in the preparation of the Group’s monthly consolidated financial reports.
•          Prepare routine payment, bank transactions, and liaise with banks.
•          Liaise with PRC and US finance functions.
•          Assist to prepare quarter, interim and annual reports.
•          Assist to prepare annual budgets, forecast and business planning.
•          Liaise with external auditors.
•          Participate in various ad hoc project as required.

Requirements: 

•          Bachelor degree in Accountancy / Finance or related disciplines, preferably with professional accountancy qualifications, such as CPA, ACCA, CPAA or equivalent;
•          3 years of relevant accounting experiences in accounting or external auditing field;
•          Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, both spoken and written;
•          Familiar with PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
•          Familiar with Quickbook System is a plus;
•          Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin;
•          Immediate available is preferred.
