Responsibilities: 

• Report to Team Leader.
• Prepare full set of accounts and assist to prepare consolidated financial reports.
• Prepare data entry, accounting journals and account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial statements.
• Handle payment issue and assist in monitoring the cash balance.
• Generate monthly and various management reports.
• Assist to prepare statutory quarterly, interim and annual reports.
• Support monthly and year-end consolidation schedules.
• Assist to handle Hong Kong and the PRC tax matters and planning.
• Assist to prepare annual budgets, forecast and business planning.
• Liaise with external auditors.
• Participate in various ad hoc project as required.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy / Finance or related disciplines, preferably with professional accountancy qualifications, such as CPA, ACCA, CPAA or equivalent;
• 2 years of relevant accounting experiences in accounting or external auditing field;
• Good team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skill;
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese, both spoken and written;
• Familiar with PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
• Familiar with Quickbook System is a plus;
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin ;
• Immediate available is preferred.
