RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform accounting entries and payment processing
• Prepare timely and accurate AP performance evaluations report for analysis
• Assist supervisors to monitor control and compliance of AP policies and procedures are adhered
• Assist in monthly review from group companies
• Assist in budget and forecast preparation
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare balance sheet schedules
• Handle intercompany transactions
• Maintain and update system master data
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor holder in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• Qualified accountant or having passed all qualified account examination is preferred but not a must
• Hands on experience in accounts payable function
• 5 years relevant experience in accounting, experience in technology company is a plus
• Proactive, self-motivated, work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel
• Experience in using Multiable is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced team environment and with strong sense of accountability
• Immediately available is preferred
