Responsibilities

• General duties of Cashier: Collect payment and operate a cash register, make settlement of investment, be responsible for internal fund arrangement, etc., of Fund management companies/General partner companies/fund entities

• Open and maintain all kinds of bank accounts, purchase and keep bank bills, maintain relationship with banks
• Check cash in a regular basis and reconcile the account balance with the bank statements monthly, check and register the use of checks and bank receipts well, etc., in order to keep fund in safe
• Collect and print out bank statements and receipts, file vouchers
• Prepare monthly fund report and monthly rolling forecast, make fund plan, make a reasonable use of idle funds, improve the use efficiency of funds, and prepare monthly fund analysis report
• Participate in the information construction of the fund system, maintain the operation and optimization of the system, and make payments by the system
• Complete other work assigned by leader

 Requirements

• Higher diploma / Degree in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency with MS office applications
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good Command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
