Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Accounting Service/ Finance Support to all Hong Kong entities under the group, both souring and commercial entities, and the sourcing offices in Jordan, India, Indonesia and Bangladesh
• Supervise general accounting and finance matters including payment process, T&E, AR invoicing, vendor invoices, journals input, perform appropriate review and ensure appropriate controls and compliance with the group’s finance policies
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecast and timely reporting to Corporate Treasury team
• Prepare or review the journals and the general ledgers
• Assist in month end closing tasks, including preparing monthly financial and analysis reports and all balance sheet schedules and ensure timely submission and monthly financial close in accordance to the group’s timeline
• Support the yearly statutory audit, prepare schedules and ensure timely response to external auditors
• Any other works and duties related to accounting and finance upon the group’s request, as agreed from time to time

 Key Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance, or related subjects is preferred
• At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Good English and Chinese typing skills
• A proactive team player with good organizational and communication skills
• Clothing or retail background is preferred
• Immediate available is a plus
