Responsibilities:

• Handle treasury and sales functions of HK business
• Review daily accounting operations performed by out-sourced Share Service Centre
• Review and establish policy and procedures to enhance control and efficiency
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline and simplify workflows
• Ensure compliance of group and internal policies
• Assist in preparing year-ended and month-ended closing
• Assist internal and external audit and compile to schedules

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
• 2 years relevant experience in auditing or accounting, experience in F&B / Retail industry is preferred
• Knowledge in D365 is preferrable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, willing to take challenges and work under pressure
• Able to work multi-tasking under tight deadlines
• Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Accounting Officer
