Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for assisting in preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
• To be responsible for control of general ledger, accounts payable & accounts receivable etc.
• To be responsible for daily cash sales checking, pretty cash weekly bank-in & monthly bank reconciliation.
• To be responsible for monitoring company’s cash position.
• To assist in cope with annual audit.
• To be responsible for general administrative duties.
• To be responsible for assisting in ad-hoc financial analysis.
• To assume additional duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• LCC 2nd level / AAT
• Knowledge of MYOB is an Advantage
• 1-2 years working experience.
