• Responsible for the whole FP&A function in HK
• Responsible for month end close , forecast and budget cycle
• Prepare month end close position, management reporting
• Perform monthly business reviews and commentary reporting, provide insightful analytics to drive decision making such as variance analysis, template updates etc.
• Work closely with business heads and controllership team on delivering various business reporting on time
• Analyse trends in the business and produce detailed reports for senior management
• Act as a business partner to collaborate with local management team and regional finance team
• Liaise and coordinate with different stakeholders in relation to financial matters
• Coach and development financial analyst in the team
• Prepare presentation materials for senior management
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Drive process improvements

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance
• Minimum 10 years of FP&A experience gained in MNC environment or sizable companies
• Insurance Industry preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills which foster positive relationships and teamwork
• Proficiency in MS Word, good in Excel
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
