Business partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis

• Partner with function heads in developing and executing strategies
• Liaise with function heads to set business targets for evaluation
• Monitor, analyze KPIs and offer business insights to management with recommendations for decision making
• Develop financial models and business cases for expansion plan
• Measure effectiveness of promotion programs
• Prepare pricing study, monitor and analyze price performance to identify improvement opportunities, to share insights and proposals for the pricing strategies

Data Management and Analytics

• Lead a team to support master data management, in charge the process from data creation, maintenance to analytics
• Streamline business process and reports automation
• Handle digital transformation and data analytics projects

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• Qualified accountant
• Experience in data analytics skills and predictive forecasting tools e.g. modelling, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• Knowledge in Excel macro, data visualization solution e.g. Tableau, Qliksense, PowerBI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong experience in business partnering and stakeholder management
• Can-do attitude and good at problem solving
• Less experience would be considered as Finance Manager
