Our client is a listed strategic investment firm in the United Kingdom. They work on equity fund projects and are searching for someone to join their team as an Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise 2 junior staffs for the daily operations
• Prepare journals, financial statements and related schedules for monthly report and annual audit
• Review colleagues' journals and works when required
• Handle draft annual report for auditor annually
• Ensure report accuracy and timely submission to management and regulators
• Perform ad hoc requests from the Senior Accountant as assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with HKICPA or other relevant professional qualifications
• At least 5 years’ accounting experience, with audit experience is preferred
• Experience in fund management/investment field is a plus
• Proficiency in using computer applications and accounting software, with knowledge in Sunsystem or Excel is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong sense of responsibility and high commitment level
• Flexible, able to handle multi-tasks with ability to meet deadlines
