Job Description

(Assistant) Accounting Manager / Financial Manager - FRR, SFC type 1,4,9
- 8 years working exp and at least 2 years worked in (SFC licensed company) - preferable but not a must

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle full set of books for FRR Type 1,4,6,9 business including:
- Responsible for full sets of accounts, month-end closing and inter-company reconciliation
- Prepare accounting treatment related to investment asset on fixed income, listed / private equity and take treasury responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly financial reports and analysis, financial planning and tax reporting
- Review monthly FRR and monitor liquid capital position
- Experience to do financial reporting in M&A projects and IPO projects
- Review and suggest improvement on accounting operations to cope with business development
- Liaise with banks, tax bureaus, auditors and other regulatory agencies
- Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
- Handle daily and monthly accounting entries, daily liquid capital calculation, monthly management reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in financial services industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounting Manager)
- At least 2 years accounting experiences in Financial Services (SFC licensed companies)
- Hands-on experience in FRR reporting, accounting systems, MS Words and Excel
- Good Command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good team player with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, detail-minded, responsible and able to work independently
