Job Descriptions

• Analyze, inspect and review the implementation of control operations, identify internal control weaknesses and provide value-added recommendations
• Support the preparation of audit reports in professional manner and to follow up on rectification progress of the raised observations
• Perform financial and operational audits and ad hoc reviews
• Formulate audit program and perform detailed audit testing on different business processes
• Draft the audit findings and provide practical recommendations to the issues identified
• Prepare internal audit reports and presentations
• Liaise with/ facilitate the internal client & management to formulate action plans
• Follow up the rectification actions & improvement committed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or related disciplines
• Holder or finalist of professional accounting qualification e.g. HKICPA / ACCA / CIA is an advantage
• At least 3 years of external / internal audit experience from accounting firm
• Past experience in Construction / Building industry is an advantage
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Well-versed in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Past experience in Construction / Building industry is an advantage
• Independent personality with good analytical and problem-solving skills
